Movies!
Greetings,
They shot a tele-movie in the house today, managed to get a few photo's before they chased me away.
To my credit, I did tell them it was just proof that they weren't shooting a porno or a snuff film without telling me.

The sun is my enemy!
Greetings,
I was in the town of Melaka a while back and we stopped in a cafe for some food. Now, Melaka has changed a lot since I last visited. Maybe because the last I visited the town I was about 16 and now I'm seeing it more as an adult.
As the title says, the sun (and glare) is my enemy! Well, maybe an enemy to my phone camera with all that glare.

How beer should be drank... drinked...drunk... argh nevermind
Greetings,
Beer is somewhat of a sensitive issue, more so with Ed then anyone else I know (sandistan!).
In order to enjoy a good beer, you must first:
1. Get some good beer. This is a no brainer
2. Get a good pilsner glass, and make sure its chilled. Chilled like the heart of your ex after you left her and stole her car. Dont ask me about this one.
3. Pour it well. The beer must be poured as so to have enough head (the foam! look at the foam!) but not too much head.
4. The drinking. Now I always recommend that you drink at night. Drinking in the morning is a sure sign that somethings' wrong with you, but who am I to say?

Moving car lots are crazy!

I don't know if you've seen those moving tray car park units, but I've had to deal with them every time I visit a client, and it seems that someone ALWAYS moves a tray to block me when I need to go out. I nearly killed a kid when I tried to move the tray (long story)

Water garden
Greetings,
My water garden is doing great! My lilies are growing well since I transplanted them into a new pot with fresh clay soil. The previous owners had a pot in the water garden and all that was growing in it were 4 green sticks. I was close to throwing it away but since I had 2 more pots and plenty of clay I cut the roots in half and planted them into two separate pots. I've since then given one pot to an uncle, but the 'water orchids' have yet to stop flowering. Since I've taken these pictures, another 3-6 new buds have come up.

Kitchen wall, before and after

Got the kitchen wall finished, they just need to acid it up and put in the tempered glass hob and hood.
The above picture shows the old tile work and the older exhaust fan, hob and hood.
The two pictures above show the new sexier tile work in place. The new hob and hood will be in by the end of the week

World's largest carrot
That's right!
Unearthed recently near my workplace, the world's largest carrot.
(slightly discolored, and with people in the picture so you can gauge its size)

This is not a carrot, its a palm tree. I'm sorry if my quirky sense of humour caused wrong search results.
