Thats right, you heard me. Its a waterfall, in a mall, on the 6'th floor. Awesome huh?

Well here's the artist at work. The joke was that this guy D'Ster would try to sell celebrities stuff but it would actually be this dumpster that was painted / spruced up to look like whatever the celebrity wanted.
